Completed Generation Applications
A list of all generation applicants seeking connection to the Transmission or Distribution system is published periodically, entitled Connection Offers Disclosure of Applications document - please see below.
The list accounts for all generation applications, including wind, hydro, pumped storage, conventional etc, received by the Distribution System Operator (DSO), ESB Networks, or the Transmission System Operator (TSO), EirGrid.
Due to the large volume of applications being processed currently by EirGrid, we are undertaking a number of key measures to help ensure that the processing of applications for connection to the Transmission System is as efficient as possible. A prioritisation of resources is being implemented in relation to some key areas of the Offer Process (which includes managing modification requests to existing offers).
