This includes all Demand customers, Renewable Generators and Conventional Generators who are connected to the Transmission System, Suppliers, Stakeholders and all other interested parties.
Our Customer Relations Team aims to provide professional, reliable, and efficient assistance and support to all of our customers. We provide to all customers a single point of contact to facilitate the processing of all their queries and comments.
EirGrid is committed to delivering high quality services to all customers, including generators, suppliers and consumers across the high voltage electricity system and via the efficient operation of the wholesale power market. This commitment is reflected in our Customer Charter.
