Grid Code Consultations
Failure to Follow Synchronising Instruction
Further to the modification proposal MPID 223 presented by EirGrid and SONI and the discussions held at the Joint Grid Code Review on 23 February 2012 in Belfast, please note that EirGrid (jointly with SONI) has, effective from 23 May 2012, issued a consultation on the proposed amendments to the EirGrid Grid Code relating to Failure to Follow Synchronising Instruction.
The consultation period has been set for four weeks. Users are invited to send their comments to Arlene Chawke (Email: Arlene.chawke@eirgrid.com, Phone 01 2370129 ) by close of business Thursday 28 June 2012 (extended for one week from the original closing date of Friday 21 June 2012). In the meantime, should any Users have any queries or require a meeting with EirGrid, they should contact Arlene.

Intraday Trading
Further to the discussions at the Joint Grid Code Review Panel meetings held on 13 October 2011 and 23 February 2012, SONI and EirGrid have issued a Consultation, effective from the 19 April 2012, on the proposed amendments to the Grid Code to reflect the concepts of Intraday Trading.
The consultation period has been set for four weeks. Users are invited to send their comments to Alan Rogers (Email: Alan.Rogers@eirgrid.com, Phone 01 2370113 ) by close of business Friday 18 May 2012. In the meantime, should any Users have any queries or require a meeting with EirGrid, they should contact Alan.

Further to the discussions at the Joint Grid Code Review Panel held on 27th January 2010, SONI and EirGrid have issued a consultation, effective from the 27th April 2010, on the proposed amendments to the Grid Code to reflect the concepts of Failure to Synchronise and Failure To Reach Minimum Generation.
The consultation period has been set for 3 weeks. Users are invited to send their comments to Arlene McGrath (Email: Arlene.McGrath@eirgrid.com, Phone 01 2370129 ) by close of business on Tuesday 18th May 2010.
